The client brief was to provide a new indoor swimming pool within the existing west wing of the manor house and provide a replacement garage block with storage area.

The works to the existing building involved underpinning the existing foundations and providing a new supporting steel structure to stabilise the retained building.

The two storey garage block development was cut into the existing hill side and was finished to a high standard, including the use of oak frames, natural stone walling and Cotswold stone roof tiles
