This new build development on a brown field site consisted of providing retail space and 12 new apartments in two number, three storey buildings

The construction consisted of load bearing masonry superstructure, timber frame penthouse suites, piled foundations and reinforced concrete ground beams. An existing 2m diameter Seven Trent adopted sewer passes under one of the buildings. Rowntree where responsibility for the design of the superstructure, foundations and civil engineering aspects of the project
