This modern office development achieved a Breeam excellent rating, and is equipped with the latest energy saving technology, as well as providing open plan office space. The structural design had to cater for the soft underlying ground conditions typical of this area, and former heavy industrial use of the site. As a result piled foundations and a suspended ground floor slab were adopted for the substructure design.
